The steps below describe how a typical SES-PRO supply engagement runs, from first contact through to shipment readiness.

How a SES-PRO Supply Engagement Works

Every SES-PRO project follows the same straightforward sequence. You stay in control of the model choice and the branding, while we handle the production side of the sectional door operator.

Step 1 — Tell Us About Your Application

Share the kind of building and sectional door application you are working with. This helps us understand the operating environment, whether that is a logistics facility, a commercial site or another sectional door setting, so the right SES Series model is put forward for your project.

Tip: a short description of the door and the site is enough to get started — you do not need technical drawings at this stage.

Step 2 — Choose the Model and Request Specifications

Confirm that SES-PRO is the right fit for your project, or compare it with SES-SD from the same SES Series. Full specifications and a quotation for the specific configuration are provided on request, so you can evaluate the model against your own requirements before committing.

Tip: if your project needs a different balance, ask about the other model in the SES Series before deciding.

Step 3 — Custom Packaging and Nameplate

Because SES-PRO is offered on an OEM/ODM basis, the packaging and nameplate can be tailored to your brand and your market. This is the step where your labelling, carton artwork and presentation requirements are agreed so the delivered goods arrive ready for your own supply chain.

Tip: send your nameplate and packaging artwork early so it can be reviewed alongside the order.

Step 4 — Quotation, Order and Delivery Planning

Once the model and packaging details are settled, you receive a complete quotation covering the agreed configuration. From there the order is confirmed and the production and delivery schedule is planned around your project timeline.
